Marketing Manager
Job description
The role will include managing all aspects of marketing including, website content, google analytics and management, e-marketing, social media interaction and PR activities and will require a minimum of 3 years experience
Purpose and scope:
To manage the general marketing, promotional and PR requirements of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Creation, management and evaluation of effective Marketing Strategy.
- Identifying target markets and how best to reach them.
- Implement and maintain a Social Media and PR strategy.
- Manage public relations activities in conjunction with external agency.
- Organising and attending events such as conferences and exhibitions.
- Manage and review website pages for improvement on google ranking.
- Produce regular content for newsletter, e-marketing and website latest news.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines.
- Writing and proofreading copy.
- Observing opportunities for product and service photos
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Monitoring competitor activity.
- Evaluating Marketing campaigns.
- Other duties as required.
Technical skills
- Capability to understand the range of products within the metrology market.
- Familiar with PC based office IT, ideally the MS Office suite, HubSpot and Mail Chimp.
- Excellent customer services and commercial skills at an operating and management level.
