Booking and confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
Confirmation of the booking will be provided upon agreement of terms and conditions.
Customer Agreement
All terms, including travel costs and potential resurfacing costs, will be agreed upon with the customer before any work begins.
Certification
Either a UKAS or in-house certificate will be issued and charged as agreed with the customer before the order is finalised.
Resurfacing
Eley by Crown offers on-site resurfacing of tables, which can be arranged on the day, time permitting, and agreed upon before commencement.
Eley by Crown reserves the right to renegotiate the resurfacing costs if a table is more than 60um out of flatness.
Travel Costs
Customers will be charged a travel rate of 50p per mile from Eley by Crown.
Any required overnight stops will be charged and agreed with the customer before the order is placed.
