A full inspection of the frame, air bearings, slides, electromagnetic clutch, battery and overall machine alignment to identify wear, faults or performance issues.

Deep Clean and Upgrading

A precision deep clean using specialist fluids, followed by any necessary adjustments or requested upgrades to improve machine condition and reliability.

Final Calibration & Certification

Full-performance calibration testing, with either UKAS certification or detailed in-house documentation to confirm results.

UKAS-accredited calibration and inspection services provide independent assurance that measurements are traceable and compliant with recognised British and International Standards.
